As Vice President of MNX Operations & Advanced Therapies at Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, she oversees operations for advanced therapies, radiopharmaceuticals, NFO, and complex secure logistics. With a forward-thinking and results-driven leadership approach managing teams in over 35 countries, she excels at developing high-performing specialists, maximizing operational efficiency and exceeding targets. Previously, Susana held senior roles at UPS Global Freight Forwarding, leading airfreight procurement, lane management growth, and regional operations across North America and Europe. Her extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and proactive process improvements has been instrumental in expanding market share and streamlining service delivery. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese and German.
