Marken's Anti Corruption Policy

The Marken group ("Marken") is committed to acting with honesty and integrity in everything that we do, and complying at all times with all applicable laws and regulations, in accordance with POL-SUS-001 Marken Code of Ethics.

The Marken Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy (the “ACP”) is intended to ensure that Marken and our Affiliates, as well as our respective officers, directors, employees, Vendors and anyone else who acts on behalf of Marken fulfill this commitment and comply with any and all applicable national and international laws, regulations and treaties, including:

1. anti-bribery and anti-corruption;

2. fraud or wilful misconduct;

3. anti-money laundering; and

4. anti-competitive (anti-trust).
